Requirements:

• Title if you hold the title
• Copy of title if a lien is on the title
• Electronic filed titles must have a title assigned to it
• Proof of Alabama Insurance (NAIC number and Policy number)
• Individuals on Title (only one, if names are joined by 'OR')
• Valid Id for each name on Title
• Vehicle must be here for an inspection if the title is not an Alabama Title or Vehicle Inspection Form – State Form MVT 5-10

Leased Vehicle

•   Original Out of State Title
•   Original Power of Attorney Title
•   Lease Agreement
•   Lessee Here with Vaild ID
•   Out of State Registration

Leased Vehicle Requirements:
